If you live in Switzerland, you can open our digital product line UBS key4 directly via app:
• UBS key4 banking for your private banking
• UBS key4 business for the founding of an SA or SARL

Do you meet the requirements to use our Mobile Banking App?
• Smartphone with at least Android version 8.0, when opening an account with UBS key4 at least Android version 10.0
• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.

How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Ratings and reviews

The UBS app looks beautiful. And that is the only good thing it has to offer. It is courter-intuitive, buggy and slow. Basic features like finding previous payments are frustratingly difficult to find, it almost seems like the bank does not want you to know what/where/how much youve payed in the past. Basically, in regards to fonctionality, it seems like an app designed in 2005. Also, it is constantly updated, but why? It never gets better...

Overall great except for two things: * Credit card information is overwhelming: 5 different balance numbers per card (not counting the limit), every credit card window shows a different balance, hard to figure out how much to pay to card to refill it entirely. Please simplify. * Payee list is very slow to load in eBanking, making payee setup very frustrating. Please fix.

It's the one of the best banking application I've ever seen! And in my opinion it's the no 1 best application I've used in Switzerland. It has great functions, great support. We can check almost every account details and transitions, even we can invest in gold from the application itself. So in my opinion it's the best application for banking ever.
