Once good; now terrible. The app keeps crashing, both on my phone and on my desktop computer. Troubleshooting methods don't always work, and contacting a human - as opposed to a useless chatbot "virtual assistant" - is impossible. Today, I submitted a help form for support with the "make payment" option, which keeps crashing, and got an error report when I submitted the form too. Sick of how glitchy the app has become and now looking into changing banks.

This app is really really Bad. Updates at least once per month, if there is a new one you have to install it or it won't work. Sometimes after a new update it just will not work anymore.. Sometimes I have to enter the payment Datas 4, 5, 6 times until it finally works. It crashes all the time! This is just humiliation ritual.. Avoid!

Outdated products, exorbitant prices and fees, zero customer service. They were blocking my transfers, causing me financial issues and frustration. Had to call and beg them, they were transferring me around, no1 introduced themselves while they ask personal information. Feels like you're dealing with mobsters. Slow and sluggish apps - they're too cheap to pay for proper IT. It's just a matter of time and they will end up like Credit Suisse. UBS is nowhere close to a fintech bank like Revolut.
