Worst customer service I just applied for it and already encountered some problem. Contacted the customer service, but do not receive any answer until now. And they impose quite high fee as well. Will terminate my account soon. There are better prepaid alternatives
POS Extortion Has no problem uploading money but as soon as you try to send or withdrawal becomes issues. They want you to email ID, bank statements or utility bills. Extortion to get personal information. If you like sending personal documents through unsecured emails in order to use the money they had no problem taking. Then this app is for you. If they weren't hoarding and locking my money I would have already closed my account. Oh and the upload fees are extremely high. Stay away unless you like punishment.
If you encounter any problem's all you will get are vague error messages like "your withdrawal failed". No info whatsoever on why it failed. Worse, when you message them for help you won't get a response for days!
Could improve Quick to upload your money slow with everything else. On top of that ive been getting these anoying general server error messages everytime i try to log in. So no im looking for a better e wallet.
Worst customer service You send your complains, they don't reply. You deposit into your skill account, but nothing appears and yet your bank account is debited. Rubbish app, like its makers...
Please reply me Dear skrill. My account was temporarily restricted and i sent a international passport to verify it which was rejected. I was asked to provide a second government ID. I only have a local government ID and a temporary National ID. I can send my bank statement as a proof too. I sincerely need my skrill account verified because i have money in my account which i wish to send out as soon as possible. Please i await your reply.
