Verification process is a hassle so didnt get to use it at all. Their microphones did not work when there was an option to speak with someone as well. The person i was speaking with was good though. my account better be closed as well. All in all going to other options I've been hearing about in the comments. Hope this helps!

Avoid this bank. They never admit what they have done wrong, none of the CS staff was dare enough to face my question directly to give an answer, but just want to close the ticket as soon as possible and never want to help their customers. Response is very slow too, take 2 weeks or more for a single email reply. Another time I asked a question, I got a reply with an irrelevant FAQ answer then the ticket is closed and I got a request for service rating. I rated it low but no one will follow up.

Absolutely ridiculous. Downloaded the app a few days ago to register. Required to wait more then 24 hours for my details to be checked over, only to be told that they cannot proceed with my account opening. Apparently me opening an account doesn't meet the requirements of the FCA? Bearing in mind I've already got accounts with bigger high street brands. As a result, they've also blocked any access from my phone too.
