Ratings and reviews

Fees are now ridiculous, fee to accept incoming transactions. when I first started with monese, there was a fee of £1.00 for withdrawals, wasn't happy but could deal with it. they then increased that to £1.29 with notice, fair play. they now charge to receive money into your account! I wouldn't be surprised if soon they increase the fee for this too! there is literally no benefit to using this account over other banks. I have been a customer for many years but I've had enough now.

Totally unreliable! Constant problems trying to login and even had my card declined on holiday due to monese technical issues. I've been a customer for 4 years now and its getting worse! There are better alternatives elsewhere and seriously considering closing my account!

Monesse keeps 200 euros of my money in their accounts. They are frauds! A client transferred money to me, but the transaction is listed as failed (yet the client sent the money to me, so he cannot cancel it). Also, Monesse kept the money I wanted to pay with in a shop- also, "failed transaction", but the shop never got it and I had to leave without products. It's been over a week of complaints to them, all I get is AI replies. Don't give your money to these frauds like I did!!!
