My phone is currently broken and I cannot touch the top 1/3 of my screen, so when I needed to use this app for my school fundraiser, I 1 could not log in from my computer, 2 could not flip the the phone to the side to rotate the screen so I could tap on specific boxes, but it does not do that it just stays put on portrait, so in the end I had to log in from my mother's phone, the translate from her phone to mine, to even get in to the log in section. Anyways all I'm saying is make the app rotate

The support team responded quickly to my issue of not being able to upload a photo o the profile. It resulted in the support team manually uploading the photo, which was perfectly fine. They got it uploaded and I appreciate their expediency in the matter.

no "Log In" option on the app after download. only to "Create An Account". after purchase I was directed to download the app. the app only allows you to verify a phone number and then create a new account. which you can't do, because the email used to purchase the card is already registered to an account... that you have no way of logging into. have uninstalled and re-downloaded the app multiple times with no resolution. Update: Wallet is shown as EMPTY without the card I purchased available.
