Worked fine until I had to install the app on my S24 Ultra. It installs but errors out and crashes. I have 5 switches with 2 plugs on each, and use 3 of them year round. Now I'm dead in the water with the app. I can turn them on and off manually but can only reach 1, conveniently, thus a major reason I bought them in the first place. In fact, I bought 2 a few years ago, another 1 a couple years ago and 2 more (the new version) last year. Confidence diminished and very disappointed! đ

This app used to work OK. It would lose connection once in a while and I would have to add my device again. I was never able to add another user. The directions to use the app are not exactly clear and no help of any kind is available. It's a shame, because when it worked, that is, stayed connected, it did the job well. Now, we have upgraded our home's router. The Stitch switches will not connect because they are on the old 2.4G wireless. We need an update from Monoprice.

This app used to be great. Now it does not work at all. We have many Stitch devices in our home that we can no longer control because we cannot get the app to load properly on newer versions of Android. My Pixel 3a worked but my new phone does not. I was able to load the app on another device, but the smart plugs we have are not able to connect to it. They need to update the app to work on new android versions!
