Ratings and reviews

Just too many bugs and inefficiencies to make the app usable. If a notification is sent, it comes in in triplicate. Requires a separate password for Genesis within the app, so now I need 2 passwords. Logs me out for no reason and means I need a new password every time I need to log on. Keeps telling me to update OHI even tho I've done it numerous times. Issues not fixed no matter how many times I notify Tech support. Just awful.

App is fairly easy to use but at least one modification needs to be made to placement of the save check mark. Most apps place the save at the bottom of the page/screen for easy discovery. please change this to a more logical location. Many users are frustrated by this since the page doesn't automatically save.

Unless you are not at the clinic do NOT use this app. I saw 14 people who arrived after me get filled first. I waited for almost 1.5 hours until I finally decided to go up to the window and they STARTED filling for me and had me out within 15 minutes. *Edit The app did everything intended regardless of the clinic policies. I was told they don't receive the notification from the app until about an hour after
