About this app

MoodFlow gives you one quiet minute to meet yourself. Choose the feeling that fits, name what shaped your day and keep a few words close. Your journal stays on your device, with no account, advertising or cloud timeline asking you to perform.

A SMALL SPACE TO NOTICE
There is no right answer in MoodFlow. Choose from five simple feelings — Very low, Low, Okay, Good or Great — and add the tags that feel relevant. Sleep, Work, People, Movement, Nature, Rest and more help you notice context without turning a day into a score. You can save a note, a small gratitude or both. Every field is optional except the feeling itself.

A PRIVATE JOURNAL THAT STARTS EMPTY
Your journal is intentionally blank on a fresh install. Add a check-in when you want to remember a moment. Each entry keeps your chosen feeling, tags, words and the local date. Search your journal by a word, tag or feeling. Open an entry to edit it, or delete it after confirmation. Your story belongs to you; the app does not fill it with sample achievements or manufactured streaks.

PATTERNS WITHOUT JUDGMENT
Patterns turns your own entries into a gentle seven-day view. See how many moments you recorded, how many days you visited and the average feeling for days that contain a check-in. Context tags show what you have been mentioning more often. Empty days stay empty. MoodFlow does not diagnose, predict, grade or explain your mental health, and it does not present a trend as a medical result.

A RHYTHM THAT FITS YOUR LIFE
Choose whether to receive one optional daily reminder and set its hour and minute. Notifications are scheduled locally on Android and can be changed or disabled in Settings. Haptic feedback and reduced motion are also optional. The reminder asks a simple question; it does not assume how you feel and it does not require you to respond.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
MoodFlow works offline for its journal and reflection features. Entries and preferences use local app storage. There is no account, remote profile, analytics timeline, advertising SDK or automatic cloud sync. Export a JSON copy through the system share sheet when you want to keep a backup. You choose the destination for that copy, and any exported file follows the destination’s own policies. Erase local entries and settings from the app when you want to start over. Exported copies must be removed separately.

A REFLECTION TOOL, NOT A DIAGNOSIS
MoodFlow can help you pause and put words around a moment. It is not a crisis service, medical device, diagnosis or treatment. If you feel unsafe or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Use the journal in a way that feels comfortable, skip any day and return whenever it serves you.

START WITH ONE MOMENT
Open Check in, choose the closest feeling, add context if you want and save. Later, read your own words in Journal or look at Patterns with curiosity. There is no target number of entries and no comparison with other people. The most useful reflection can be very small: a walk, a conversation, a pause, a difficult hour or something that made the day lighter.

MoodFlow is a calm, local-first micro journal for noticing your days with more kindness and less noise.
