We created Moodpresso for everyone who wants to have more control over how well they feel and perform. Our passion is sport psychology. In sports, the better the state of mind, the better the performance, which is why it is popular to use various techniques that can improve your state of mind. The application of this knowledge is not limited to only sports, and anyone can benefit from it. How? It gives you more control over your state of mind. The better your state of mind, the more productive and creative you are, everyday. That is why it became our dream to create a tool that allows you to use these methods in a quick and simple way, so you can get the effect you want, exactly when you want it.

In Moodpresso, we use the power of scientifically proven mood boosters - things that reduce stress and tension or motivate and energize. Great little app, still great to come back to when needed. Really wish the creators would expand and develop the scenarios more, or provide some new ones to the list. It has so much potential. I would pay if they wanted to offer the expanded version and keep this version free.

An interesting app. It does uplift you some. The "critters" aren't really very cute though and the exercises repeat themselves with little change. Seems a little limited, but that is for the free version. I would hope the paid version offers much more(?) 😳

Quite silly I thought. I suffer from generalised anxiety disorder (intense, constant anxiety) and usually feel low (depressed - a word misused far too often) - perhaps I was expecting too much, but this did very little for me. Regardless of what issue one is addressing, eg, reducing stress, boosting concentration, refreshing the mind, etc, the activities are mostly the same - can't really see the point. Find listening to music and/or solving puzzles far more effective, (in addition to watching dark comedy on TV), or simply getting out of the house!
