Helpful I really like that you can do a journal entry about the mood/number rating you give your mood, it is helpful when you look back to see what affects your mood the most. I just wish the app would allow an occasional private entry without costing anything.
It helps I use this to vent, to exclaim my happiness, to say what I cant say in real life. It helps me feel connected with my feelings and the community reminds me that I'm not alone in my thoughts. Theres people who have gone through similar situations that listen to what youre saying and help you in the way they can. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.((:

Incredibly helpful! This app is simple, elegant, and easy to use. The support system really makes it shine, most people are very empathetic and understanding. It helps me to quantify my mood swings and better understand myself and my cycles.
Helpful Just putting down my thoughts when I'm feeling overwhelmed is very helpful. The tracking system gives incentive to keep positive mood posted for reference which is really great for a mood boost. Another great mood boost is encouraging people that are having a rough time. I highly recommend.
Excellent Great app for tracking mood exactly as it feels, and seeing later what you were doing and where when you felt a certain way. Social aspect is completely anonymous if you choose a random username, so doesn't bother me, sometimes good to just go through other people's 5 star days (can filter by stars) for inspiration.
