The 20m multi-stage shuttle run, done right. Beep Test plays the standard MSFT pacing audio — a beep for every shuttle, a triple beep at each level up, and a spoken level call-out — so you can put your phone down and run.

▶ Standard protocol — levels 1 to 21 at the official speeds, from a start countdown to the final shuttle, with a big Level·Shuttle display you can read from across the gym.

▶ Accurate audio — the whole test is pre-rendered as one continuous track, so pacing keeps perfect time even with the screen locked or the phone in your pocket.
