About this app

Stop typing your numbers. BP Log is a simple blood pressure diary built around the one thing you do every day: logging a reading. Use our tactile wheel input to enter your systolic and diastolic values and see a reference BP category in real-time.

Entering numbers by keyboard is slow and repetitive when you log every day. We designed a custom interface around a smooth, tactile wheel so you can adjust values with speed and precision. As you move the dial, the app updates the corresponding blood pressure category instantly, helping you organize each entry without interrupting your routine.

Many people feel tense before taking a reading. That stress can make logging feel harder than it needs to be, especially for people dealing with blood pressure anxiety or white coat syndrome. To support a calmer routine, BP Log includes a guided breathing exercise you can use before taking a reading with your physical cuff. It is a simple way to slow down, reset, and then record the numbers you measured.

Blood pressure changes throughout the day, so it helps to view readings in context over time. BP Log lets you keep a consistent blood pressure log, review a clean history, and look at trends in charts instead of relying on memory. You can choose between JNC7 and current AHA blood pressure categories in settings, and the app includes supportive context so a single elevated reading is not presented as a diagnosis. This makes the app useful whether you are building a routine, following hypertension trends, or preparing records for a doctor visit.

BP Log works as a practical blood pressure tracker and bp journal for daily use:

• Log systolic and diastolic values quickly with the unique tactile wheel • Record pulse with each entry and keep a simple heart rate log • View clear charts to review blood pressure trends over time • Use the guided breathing exercise before measuring with your cuff • Export to csv to create organized records for personal use or doctor visits • Choose between JNC7 and modern AHA category references • Set daily reminders so your blood pressure diary stays consistent • Review a clean history log with color-coded entries and notes

Sharing your records can make appointments more efficient. The export to csv feature turns your history into a structured file you can keep for yourself or bring to a doctor visit. Instead of piecing together scattered notes, you have a clear blood pressure log with readings, pulse entries, and dates in one place. It can be a practical tool for people who want a simple way to monitor hypertension over time without clutter.

Privacy matters. Your health data is stored locally on your device so your information stays under your control. BP Log does not measure blood pressure. You must use a validated physical cuff before recording numbers in the app.

BP Log is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is a personal blood pressure log for organizing readings you already measured. For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Whether you are building a routine, preparing for doctor visits, or simply keeping a more organized blood pressure diary, BP Log offers a fast and calm way to record your numbers. The focus is simple: make daily logging easier, clearer, and more consistent.
