so far I like alot about it- the diff groups, the free patterns, the chats and sharing information, looking at everyone's creations, being g able to purchase beautiful hand made items except when I 'Save' items and then go to my 'saved' list later, nothing is there, so everything that I had saved to view/purchase later is not there and a waste my time because now I have got to try to find the products again if I even can

I have been using the app for for roughly a year and I got to say, a couple of times I feel supported that people like certain posts I do but majority of the other times, I get no support at all. The shipping profile and all that doesnt help first time sellers when they want to post large items that they have made (that are not custom) before and shipping wrap or boxes are added. Plus how can first time sellers be active on the app if they work full time and trying to sell? Nothing is helpful.

When trying to search the chat groups, the app is basically useless. It just froze up from simply trying to open a chat group. Came here hoping for an update that would fix it, but no luck. It has been this way for months. The shared daily patterns have been disappointing lately compared to when I joined a year ago. Between all that, and their use of AI, the app is basically useless to me.
