About this app

THRESHOLD helps you recognize when your usage on selected apps starts to stray from your goals. It offers a brief, voluntary pause; the decision is yours.

Set your own times for sleep, work, or rest. Select the apps you want to watch and start Protection Mode whenever you want. THRESHOLD evaluates measurable cues on your device, such as session duration, restarts, and conflicts with your goals.

On the “Why now?” screen, you can see which cues the recommendation is based on. If your usage is planned, you can indicate this, choose a short breathing exercise, or a 10-minute break. You can track your own rhythm from the progress screen.

Your raw usage logs are encrypted on your device; they are not automatically uploaded to the server. The Privacy Receipt explains the data processed and leaving your device. You can delete your logs from within the app.

Basic THRESHOLD features do not require an account or internet connection. If you create an optional account, you can use email verification, profile, and session management. You can delete your account from within the app or via the web.

Android usage access and notification permissions are requested to enable the protection experience. You can still manage your goals and use exercises without permission. EŞİK does not lock apps, read their content, or make decisions for you.

EŞİK is not a diagnostic or treatment tool. It is offered by Morve Technology.
