About this app

Arsheefi (أرشيفي - "my archive") is your personal archive for everything worth keeping.

Saved a post or a reel you meant to watch later? A recipe, a workout, a song, an article, a place you wanted to visit? Most of us bury them in the app we found them in and never see them again. Arsheefi keeps them all in one place, and actually helps you find them later.

• Save from any app
Tap Share in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, X or any other app and choose Arsheefi. Your link is saved with a preview image and title, so you recognize it instantly. You can also share screenshots, or paste a link in manually.

• Organize the way you think
Create your own collections - Recipes, Music, Travel, Workouts, whatever fits your life - and add saves to them in a couple of taps. No fixed folders, no algorithm deciding for you.

• Find it again in seconds
Search across titles, descriptions and your own private notes. Filter by platform or by date, and switch between grid and list view. Add a note to any save so you remember why you kept it.

• Never lose track
Set a reminder on any save, and let Arsheefi resurface older saves on its own - a weekend recap, a month-end recap, and gentle nudges at a frequency you choose. Nothing stays buried.

• Your data stays on your device
No account. No sign-up. No servers. Everything you save lives in your phone's private storage, and nothing is uploaded anywhere - not even to us. Uninstalling the app removes it all.

• Move to a new phone on your terms
Export your whole library - saves, collections and screenshots — to a single file you control, and import it on another device whenever you want. You decide if and where a copy exists.
