About this game

Buddhist Pocket Shrine 3D is a free application for your mobile phone or tablet where you will have to maintain a small 3D shrine to Buddha or a Bodhisattva. You can offer incense sticks, drinks and other offerings to different kinds of Buddhas or Bodhisattvas: be it Maitreya, Amitabha, Shakyamuni Buddha, Manjushri, Guan Yin, the Green Tara or Guan Gong, the choice is yours. You can listen to mantras to help you meditate and pray. Some buddhist Instruments are also available to help you meditate or just relax.

Gain fervor to Buddha by praying every day using the right mantra. Make offerings to the altar with more than 100 different kinds of incense sticks, fruits and flowers and fill the praying bowls with different drinks to offer Buddha. Offering plates, bowls and cups could be upgraded to various kind of materials that suit you.

The scene could be changed to a Bamboo Forest, Temples, within a Waterfall , up in the snowy mountains and many more. Wherever you go, the Buddhist Pocket Shrine will follow you. Buddha Namo Amitabha.

Sadly, after years of enjoyong this game I now make the decision to uninstall it. It is no longer possible to enjoy the game or use it for any meditative purpose due to the adverts. For years the adverts apppeared only when you chose to do something that required an extra, which was paid for by watching an advert. Now adverts pop up with almost every tap of the screen. a game like this is rendered worthless by the constant intrusion of, typically, obnoxious ads that take forever to run.

Sorry to hear that you are leaving. I did reduced the frequency of the ads recently. The income is entirely spent on promoting the app, which is becoming more and more costly.

Beautiful and calming , relaxing game. I just got into Buddhism and could not really afford to supply my own shrine, but this one could serve as a substitute even if digital. I find the Oracle very fun too. However the graphics look very saturated and looking around could give me a bit of motion sickness but it's okay. Everything of this game is nice—from the features of mantras to the instruments and the scenes, etc. I hope the developer/s success in life :) Namo buddhaya 💮
