The biggest mistake of my life was opening an account with your broker platform. I have accounts with four other brokers that have been active since 2021, but none of their staff have ever disturbed me like this. Even when a customer clearly does not want assistance, your agents keep calling repeatedly, asking me to add funds to my account, otherwise threatening that the account will be closed. They also behave unprofessionally and rudely at times.

The app's great and smooth, just needs a few tweaks. It's really cluttered, make it simpler. There are too many options, it's overwhelming and confusing. So, fewer options, clean up every page, especially trade, portfolio, and homepage. Let us disable unnecessary tabs like "more". Charts don't have time frames like 2, 3, 4hr, etc. Also, about that extra chart tab, like when I open a Nifty chart and want to open Banknifty alongside in the chart tab, next time I have to do it again.

My experience with the Motilal Oswal Rise app was disappointing as a new investor. I expected better guidance and educational support, but I felt the focus was more on increasing trading activity, brokerage and promoting additional products. The assistance provided did not help me fully understand the risks involved, and I incurred losses. While investing always carries risk, I believe new investors would benefit from more transparent guidance and support tailored to their needs.
