Let me start by saying a love MOSSA and prefer their programming, but this app needs a lot of work. I can only compare it to the Les Mills app and they are night and day. You have to download 1 file at a time instead of an entire release. Putting a Playlist together is time consuming and how long I have to wait from purchase to it being available in the app. Plus I like that with Les Mills I have the option to download the entire release off my computer and never have to use the app.

Update: once again tried to open the app and it was frozen. Had to uninstall the app. Now the app won't reinstall at all just says "pending" on the Google play store. Please fix this app MOSSA! The number of times this app crashes and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work is pure insanity. Thank goodness for the music codes because I've had this app freeze and glitch multiple times when trying to teach a class. Not reliable at all, even with the music downloaded for offline use.

Hi Team. I am a ymca member. The mossa power is extremely frustrating. I am an IT consultant and have some feed back. You have spent way too much time on security and not enough time on functionality. The songs don't play well at all. Plays half tracks and stops alot. For a workout this is unacceptable. I understand protecting your IP. But if we have to workout with bad music or have to constantly stop and start, I get frustrated at you. Please utilize native music players and stop complicating!
