After using for about an hour for Japanese study, I really enjoy the app. The whole idea is great, just a few things that keep this app from 5 star. The Closed Caption (CC) doesnt always keep up, and when I swipe right to flash cards it's buggy and glitchy, and audio from the videos plays in background still. If the captions kept up better it would be 5/5 stars. It's a very cool way to immerse in a language.

I really wanted to hate this, but actually it's really good. The best part is that the videos are pulled from Japanese (my target language) sources. That is...they are Japanese videos for Japanese people not videos for English speakers learning Japanese. I scrolled for about a half hour and it never ran out of videos. The scan and transcript features were helpful to understand but the captions were clunky and some videos were out of ratio meaning that things got cut off.

This app is absolutely phenomenal! 🔥🔥🔥 It allows you to not only doom scroll and learn a language but also create flashcards by book marking the words, if you forget the context, you can also click the "watch in context" button to see the context! This app was exactly what I was looking for! I have been using Anki for some time but it's difficult to mine sentences on Anki using your phone, this app is perfect! Just don't charge for scrolling and making flash cards in the future, I'm broke 😆
