The EHP Healthy Choice mobile app allows you to access information about your Cleveland Clinic EHP Healthy Choice wellness program on your mobile device.

You need to be eligible to join Healthy Choice program. If you already have a Healthy Choice account, you can login with your current ID and password.

The EHP Healthy Choice mobile app can work with Google Fit to sync steps and minutes with your Healthy Choice program.

was keeping me updated on my goals and was connected to Google fit and tracking everything doe me,but now has suddenly stopped working after an update. got notified that my activity hasn't updated in 13 days so I went to check and everything is grayed out to connect to Google fit. when I click it to open, the program freezes and stops working and automatically closes.

As others have mentioned, it has not synced in over 2 weeks, continues to crash. Have reinstalled several times.

unable to sync. contacted support with no resolution.
