Does not work for many existing users of previous app. Does not accept username and password. When clicking to change password it asks for first name, last name, and bar code number. After entering all 3 fields throws a null value error. No way to get technical support unless you're logged in. Can no longer register for classes and Y personnel are unable to help. This is the case with multiple members.

What a piece of garbage. I have a working login to the web site, but the app will not accept the password, so I have to try the forgot password link. Then, I have a tag with a barcode that I scan to get in to the Y but the app will not accept the barcode number, and tells me "parameter specified as non-null is null, method kotlin.jvm.internal.intrinsics..." (can't report the entire error message because it is truncated the way it is shown to me). Can't do anything after that.

Set up on android failed as described by others. Account worked with previous application. Account set up failed with null value error, a useless non-actionable error message for the user. FAQ directed me to motionvibe website to set up my account so eventually was able to set up my account and make the app usable. The last update in the Google playstore was in May 2023. Will they ever fix it?
