was working fine for quite some time but most recently it won't even acknowledge my barcode number but when I call the gym they say yes I'm still in the system as a member it keeps giving some type of JavaScript error when I try to log in and it's coming from One Life. it's not my phone that is the problem. now I can't sign up for classes. It did this a couple weeks ago and then came back, now it's doing it again. trying to login on the website is when it didn't acknowledge my barcode

App login fails every time and redirects straight to an error message, even after reinstalling. Mobile web is equally broken with unresponsive category links and missing account info. Everything works properly when I use my laptop, but I need to be able to access my account on the go from my phone. Whether this is an isolated Android issue or a widespread bug affecting iOS too, the developers need to fix mobile access across all platforms.

Poorly written & maintained. I am unable to get past the login in both the app and mobile web versions. My account does work on my laptop. If I try to use the mobile web version I can at least get to the Classes menu, however the Schedule flashes up and disappears. Not being able to get to the class schedule or my account at all on my phone adds a lot of points in the negative column in regards to even keeping a membership at this gym. There are lots more gyms to choose in my area, fortunately.
