Hard to Personlize. Can't quickly go to the classes you signed up for, you have to scroll through all the classes every time. There are NO reviews of the classes or teachers as most places have. This would be very helpful to select classes. Also you can't quickly look to see if you've got past the waiting list into the class.

Poorly written & maintained. I am unable to get past the login in both the app and mobile web versions. My account does work on my laptop. If I try to use the mobile web version I can at least get to the Classes menu, however the Schedule flashes up and disappears. Not being able to get to the class schedule or my account at all on my phone adds a lot of points in the negative column in regards to even keeping a membership at this gym. There are lots more gyms to choose in my area, fortunately.

If I could rate this app as a zero. I would. They changed the app so that I can no longer track my monthly personal trainers sessions. When contacting corporate headquarters, I was told to ask the manager at the club. This is not transparent. I pay for these sessions. I travel a lot and need to keep track of how many sessions I have remaining per month by month. I should be able to manage them myself. This is no reflection on the staff at my local club; they are wonderful.
