About this app

PBIS Rewards Student is the student portal to PBIS Rewards. Students can use the app to see how they’re doing and can see what rewards are available as they continue having success within their school’s PBIS Rewards program. The PBIS Rewards suite includes the PBIS Rewards Staff App (for teachers and admins), the PBIS Rewards Student App and the PBIS Rewards Parent App.

PBIS Rewards is a good app and all but when i signed out of my account and tried to log back in, it wouldnt let me. Instead, it would bring me to the beginning screen over and over again. The only account that would work is the one i dont even use for school. Another thing is it dosent even scan QR codes that are put around the halls in schools. Instead, they are invalid even when they change the QR codes very often. This app would of been amazing if it didnt have those issues with it.

It one time said I didn't exist in my school. It was fixed after a bit but it did this to me and my friend on both school computers and the mobile app. But like the app works fine I guess. The only other thing is teachers can give you PBIS points on days that haven't happened yet. Like my other friend got 5 points from a teacher it said on a day 2 weeks from then.

Today I tried logging on to the app to check my points then I got an error message saying, "Student doesn't exist in this school?" I tried unistalling and reinstalling the app but it didn't work. It worked like normal when it took me to the website and I logged on the website when i reinstalled the app but then I pressed the button to log in on the mobile app it didn't work, it gave me the same error message. I don't know why this happened. Please try to fix this issue as soon as possible.
