About this app

Navigate360’s EMS app is designed to help K12 school districts safely and effectively manage drill and emergency alarms. The app addresses various safety needs and enables each district to execute on their emergency response procedures using the following features:

• Activate alarm slider – Enables users to quickly activate an alarm should an emergency occur

• Practice- Enables users to activate a drill or training alarm without accidentally activating a real emergency alert

• Active Alarm details – Allows school staff and safety officials to view real-time alarm details and follow a customized response protocol

• Roll Call – School staff can account for students and staff during an emergency

• Reunification – Users can check in students & guardians and manage the entire reunification process from end to end

• Flipcharts (View-only) - School staff can view important safety information that has been aggregated in a mobile-friendly view before, during or after an emergency

Works inconsistently, at best. I pray we never have an actual emergency at school and have to use this.

My phone never sounds the alarm! The notification comes up, but is silent. My boss and I plus other coworkers have clicked on and looked at everything inside & outside the app to figure out the problem. My phone is only a few weeks old so I have the most updated app available.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The new app design couldn't be more inefficient. UI is the worst. Who designed this? How did it get approved? Whoever it was should be fired. This will cause confusion during and emergency and potentially cost lives. This app should have clear tabs on the home page to do drills, tests and emergencies. Staff are constantly setting off alarms because no one can find how to do a drill. We'd be better off using tin cans with a string between them for drills and emergency alarms
