I'm pretty sure this app was causing YouTube music to stop playing when I close the phone. When I removed permission from this app for the external display the bug went away.

It's not an app that you can open. It's something designed to run in the background and give you better musical sounds. It's an Enhancer.

Hey Russell,
Razr Music app enables a Spotify panel, or widget, on the external display of Moto Razr 40 plus / Moto Razr+.
Even though technically it is just another app, it is meant for external display only and, due to that, it has been designed not to surface on the internal display UI.

No way to open. Can't find app on phone and the listing here where it should say open it doesn't. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling no change.
