This app and my Motorola MT8733 WiFi 6 Router were working fine at first. I've had it for around 3 months and recently I've noticed I'm getting way below my expected wifi speed. Went to open the app to see if there's something wrong and it keeps saying "this device is offline".. except it's not? I'm literally posting this review on my wifi. I unplugged it for a minute, that didn't work. Went on the Xfinity app to reset my router that way and that didn't work.. I'm at a loss. This app is awful!

The app doesn't work at all. I set up my new modem/router and got it on the Internet with all my devices hooked up to it, but the app won't do anything except say, "This device is offline." There are no settings or logins I can access, so I can't get the app to do anything. Good thing I could still access the modem settings via the default admin account.

When I purchased my router, this app worked great but suddenly prompted me for credentials one day. I store my credentials in a vault, so I know they're correct, but the app kept reporting an error. However, I can log in online using the same credentials. I've tried the forgot password option to reset my password, but it reports that no account exists or promises to send me a password reset email which never arrives. After that, I tried creating a new account and it just hourglasses. Worthless.
