This app was very slow before but it was manageable. Now, for some reason it logged me out and now I can no longer get back in. Whenever I try to recover my password it literally will not let me... I put in my email that I used and the button will not work at all. I put in another email I know I didn't use and for some reason it works for that email but not the one I have registered with the app... unbelievable.

Could be better: got my modem/WiFi a few days ago and loaded this app' the same day. It's been working decent for me but certainly not perfect or intuitive. It can take a full 15min to update connection status on whatever you're looking at, after a change. The 'speed tests' fail to complete at least 70% of the time. So I guess it's good as a basic monitor and that's about it.

This app and my Motorola MT8733 WiFi 6 Router were working fine at first. I've had it for around 3 months and recently I've noticed I'm getting way below my expected wifi speed. Went to open the app to see if there's something wrong and it keeps saying "this device is offline".. except it's not? I'm literally posting this review on my wifi. I unplugged it for a minute, that didn't work. Went on the Xfinity app to reset my router that way and that didn't work.. I'm at a loss. This app is awful!
