Features of Nutrition Calculator
■ Nutrient calculation corresponding to the latest food composition table
Includes 980 items that are often used in general households from the 2020 edition of the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan (8th edition). Food composition tables that are difficult for amateurs to handle can be searched by general ingredient names in the nutrition calculator notebook, so you can easily search for ingredients.
■ Easy-to-read simple design
The ease of use of the app and the simplicity of a notebook. Functions unnecessary for meal records have been removed as much as possible. You can check the food you ate and its nutritional value at a glance. Since it's an app that you use every day, I was particular about designing it so that it's easy to see.
■ Packed with convenient functions to support daily meal records
"How many grams is 1 tablespoon of soy sauce?"
Leave all the troublesome unit calculations for seasonings to the app. Since it supports 43 kinds of seasonings, if you register the seasonings you usually use in the app, you can easily calculate nutrition.
"What is the nutritional value of one potato?"
1 medium potato and 1/2 small carrot. Even if you don't know the exact weight of ingredients, you can intuitively record your meals. It also supports other input methods such as a slice of tuna sashimi.
■ Compatible with potassium and phosphorus
It supports display of energy, protein, salt equivalent, potassium, and phosphorus. Other nutritional value labeling will be supported in the future.
■ Premium plan limited functions
The basic use of Nutrition Calculation Note is free, but you can optionally use the premium plan for a fee.
