Worst app in the history of apps. It's a nightmare of an app. I'm talking random app crashes, login issues just when you want to get into the metro link bus. Seriously if you're providing a free service the least you can do is not make it close to impossible to access. Last night I was trying to login for like 10 mins and the bus left! It's like I have to pray before opening this app just so it works! If there was an option to rate it below 1 star, I would have gone for that. It's the worst.

Terrible app, frustrated, and waste of time. Though you have a data but still the app is not working. Too much drama. Metro bus ride is not totally free, you need to scan the QR code in the sense that you must have a data on your phone otherwise it will not work. Eventhough you have data when you scanned it show "please try again" and if it not working you can't ride. It dosn't make sense most especially during summer time. This app is useless, there is no point of using.

This is a waste of time just to make your journey even more complicated. I have a metro card that I charge, before I used to take the bus no question asked. Now they tell me to download the app, after few minutes I get the QR code and it's not even scanning! Seriously! Why they don't use a scanner where you just swipe your metro card? They create new useless apps that don't even work...
