Ratings and reviews

The app is well built. It gives you an accurate descriptions of the routes that you could use, even though it's still more user friendly to consult Google Maps. One thing the app can improve is: when I search for a specific route, it should be able to tell me when is the next bus on that route passing. Not all the buses get displayed. And even though there is a time table it's an inconvenience to go by day and by hour to search if some vehicle will be coming or not.

Worst app in the history of apps. It's a nightmare of an app. I'm talking random app crashes, login issues just when you want to get into the metro link bus. Seriously if you're providing a free service the least you can do is not make it close to impossible to access. Last night I was trying to login for like 10 mins and the bus left! It's like I have to pray before opening this app just so it works! If there was an option to rate it below 1 star, I would have gone for that. It's the worst.

This is a waste of time just to make your journey even more complicated. I have a metro card that I charge, before I used to take the bus no question asked. Now they tell me to download the app, after few minutes I get the QR code and it's not even scanning! Seriously! Why they don't use a scanner where you just swipe your metro card? They create new useless apps that don't even work...
