Nice idea. bad implementation. the app wasn't working and was asked to wait for the update for 1 week. Now that the update is out. you can't even log in or register. UPDATE 2: Tried again after the developer's response. the app refuses to log me in with the password I set. The forgot password functionality doesn't work. It says check your mobile messages but never received any messages. & YES, my phone number is valid and operating normally. Tried all versions from 1.1.6 - 1.1.9. Uninstalling

This company is terrible, there is no way to reach customer service within the app nor the website, and no cancelation option for orders, you are just under their mercy until they decide to reach out, but you will be surprised by how much spam sms with their offers since the moment you register. The app is vey confusing and follow a erord categorizing system.

The App is good but the service is Very poor. It happened several times that they couldn't deliver at the time i selected during order placement. When I contacted customer service they didn't help, they advised me to just wait or cancel the order! Seriously!!! After waiting 2 days!! I decided to delete the app from my device. التطبيق جيد بس الخدمة سيئو وتعامل خدمة العملاء اسؤ.. اخر همهم رضا العميل. حصل ان طلبيتي تاخرت بسبب عامل التوصيل ماله خلق يوصلها. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وللاسف ماساعدوني
