Incredible User Experience especially for sleep monitoring. Like many people, I don't like wearing a watch when I sleep. The ring continuously monitors health for sleep and activity. It automatically monitors on a hourly basis the Heart Rate and its variability (HRV), it also controls once a day the blood oxygen. Finally, each sensor features (Heart Rate / HRV and Blood Oxygen) can be manually checked via a tap to measure in the app for sport related activities. It also connects with GPS.

Heart rate readings seem accurate (but no way of knowing that). However the sleep readings are not only incorrect, this app keeps modifying the data. Today it showed me awake at 5:35, with 5 hours of sleep. Afterwards, it showed me awake at 7:20 with more sleep hours. Actually I had really poor sleep and woke at 6:30, but was semi awake since 4:20. So it is a grossly overpriced step counter. Bummer!

RIng is nice but app looks like a beta version. There is no link with Google Fit (on iPhone, there is a link with Apple Health), very bad french translations and you can't see time in most of charts. Please upgrade to a production version not a beta!
