I had a very bad experience with My Perfect CV. I requested to cancel my subscription multiple times, but they never responded except for an automated message. Their customer support is completely unresponsive, and it feels impossible to get a proper cancellation confirmation. This lack of communication and service is highly unprofessional. Very disappointed with the app paid my subscription but app does not allow me to download my cv. I have contacted the customer care team and seems like an automated response that has not helped me in any way. This app is a scam.

The worst application to use during emergency or even in urgency , even if you pay subscription there is no service. If your application uses subscription then why not inform before?
