Ratings and reviews

Has some decent customization options but do not like it's paid approach, and I do not like how after you have input certain information you are unable to change it unless you make an entire new resume. Not even all aspects reflect this however some important changes cannot be made and require you to waste your time to fix it. Could be more user friendly.

Genuinely good app. Unfortunately they "forget" to mention you can't download your CV as a pdf unless you subscribe to their service. They don't mention this until then very end after you've spent an hour crafting your perfect CV. Their app description says: DOWNLOAD IN MULTIPLE FORMATS Experience total freedom. Zero star. This is for "Resume-Now" No direct method for unsubscribtion, no method to delete payment information, unnecessary charges even though the subscription has been cancelled as the payment system continues to hit the bank account for deduction, causing Bank to charge fees from customer! Shady business practice of requiring 45 days to delete the account information. Hiding the deletion information deep into the privacy related documentation on the website.
