it's not user friendly, although I continued on with it and finished my resume. Then went to get it so I could send it out. it would not let me get it in PDF. To do so I would have to pay $69.00 for a year, or a month trial for$2.95.. I paid the $2.95 ony card. I checked and the money came out of my account, but I still couldn't get it pull it up on PDF only text.I spent all that time for nothing. Good luck with it

I sent an email to cancel my subscription, got an email back they didn't have an active subscription for me, then the next day the money was taken out of my account. *EDIT: I sent an email with the screenshot showing I was charged. I received an automatically generated email back saying there's no active account asking for the card number, even though the screen shot had that information. Avoid this app at all costs.

So disappointed. used this one time to build my resume and download it. I specifically paid the $2.95 and then look at my credit card statement and they charged me a subscription for $25.39. I called numerous times and was told (every time) my refund would be processed. it's been almost 3 weeks with no refund in sight. The customer service is absolutely terrible and would not recommend this app. Edited. I did reach out numerous times and they gave me at least 5 excuses as why they could not help
