MPR – My Pocket Ring
MPR (My Pocket Ring) is a personal tracking app to support the use of thermal male contraception with a silicone ring (testicular retraction).
✅ What MPR does
- Wearing time tracking: Start/stop wearing the ring and track your time throughout the day (segments + breaks).
- Daily goal: View your progress and complete your day at 3 PM.
- History: Review your days and segments, and make adjustments as needed.
- Local notifications:
- Notification when the daily goal is reached,
- Alerts in case of a prolonged interruption (24h / 36h / >48h).
- 3-month cycle indicator: Status “ongoing / considered contraceptive / to be restarted” according to tracking guidelines.

- No account
- No data sent over the internet
- Data stored 100% locally on your phone

The “Understand” tab offers educational content and links to public resources, including Thoreme (a central repository of resources on this topic).
