Ratings and reviews

This app and other delivery apps, they stand on the delivery drivers. If you encountered a rubbish driver it's done with the app. That's what happened to me with their Egyptian driver. And the delivery was too slow. And apart from the delivery being late an extra 16 SAR fees was added to the delivery amount. It is my last order. I am deleting this app.

Had egyptian scammer deliver my food he wanted me to pay in cash because his card wasnt working. My total was 60, 40 food and the rest was the ridicule app fees which include the double vat(they charge you for vat again) and the driver wanted to pocket extra 40 rials for himself which what i paid for food saying he didnt have a single rial change telling me to go with him to the atm! seriously why did i order it to be delivered this isnt the app if you want a smooth no contact delivery

1- The delivery is too slow. 2- No integration with the restaurant. It took 20 minutes from the Mandob to reach the restaurant and place the order. 3- The total delivery time was more than 90 minutes. 4- Extra 12 SAR fee was added to the delivery fee, 20 SAR. It is my first and last order.
