service now tab won't work the tab ain't prompting me to inquiries it has been weeks since the app is not properly working so it's a useless app at all

i cant access my aconnect outside work it says Your sign-in was successful, but does not meet the criteria to access this resource.

There an error when I'm trying to use the app for referral, always coming back at Menu. It almost 3 days that have the same error. Please fix this.
