About this app

MSI Agent is the official mobile application of MSI Group for conducting site inspections and preparing technical reports on location.

With this app, MSI agents and technicians can quickly and accurately perform inspections of gas and electricity installations at customer sites. The app is designed to support the entire workflow – from creating a new report to sending the finished PDF to the customer.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH IT?

- Create site reports for gas, electricity, or both simultaneously
- Enter customer details and site location (with automatic GPS)
- Take photos by category: meter readings, connection, remediation, equipment
- Record technical details: connection cable, amperage, network type, lift
- Digitally collect customer signatures on the device
- Automatically generate PDF reports and synchronize them with the central platform
