This app is broken. Print in a new product doesn't work correctly, the regions aren't synced correctly (United States region only has stores that don't exist in the US), and the date is impossible to set (it only gives today's date after choosing a different date). After all is said and done, it gives a server error and won't allow you to submit.

Good apart from the fact the repair service is in a language unfamiliar with me in the UK.

The app is painfully slow to use. There are often server errors. Literally the only reason I was using it was to accumulate reward points, except they recently nerfed that into the ground. Used to be able to scrape together enough points for a $12 gift card each year with the weekly bonus. Now points expire as fast as you make them. Pointless! Currently watching my balance decrease daily, despite logging in every day. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
