This app is broken. Print in a new product doesn't work correctly, the regions aren't synced correctly (United States region only has stores that don't exist in the US), and the date is impossible to set (it only gives today's date after choosing a different date). After all is said and done, it gives a server error and won't allow you to submit.

you are trying to reach support and during submission the request it gives you error [ticket_inquiry_01] and asking to get contact support.

Good apart from the fact the repair service is in a language unfamiliar with me in the UK.
