Just horrible experience, slow, buggy, freezes up, can't bind app to router if router was set up using a PC. The app can only bind to the router after factory reset and must be set up through the app. The router is spelled "outer" during the setup so obviously QC and proof reading are not on MSI's agenda. This app is beyond awful for how much you pay for MSI, I will never buy another MSI product ever again.

Giving a one star because at first the app worked great setup was easy got everything to do what I wanted it to do and then for whatever reason one day the app logged me out on my phone. Now generally I'm not the greatest at remembering passwords so entering in my password could take a couple of tries but what frustrates me with this app is it only gives you like 5 attempts and then if you get too many attempts wrong it will lock you out for so many minutes. A "forgot" password would be nice.

Kind of regret ever getting this router.The UI is great...when it works.Not the biggest fan of getting stuck in a sign in loop because the app was poorly made and begs for an update.Looks great, but good luck getting to see it. Everything was great with minor hiccups and then once I get used to it consistently signing me in I then have to deal with the constant loop of not getting accepted and then recconecting closing the app and repeat until it decides I gave full effort to manage the wifi.
