Terrible! Despite being a loyal customer for several years, they have increased my price twice in recent times from $49 to $69. No indication on stopping increases, also no courtesy other than a brief email saying "the price is going up next month". All about the money! As a small business owner, I would 100% not recommend unless you would like to get walked all over. When I asked for help, I got a response from Thailand, didn't answer my questions until I asked repeatedly. Do not download

So far so good. Could use some more optimization and UI cleanup. Lots of features and has eveything most people will need. The app itself is a little slow and could be vastly improved on the speed side of things aswell as a more updated UI for Android anyways. It feels like an IOS app. Also payments should be a bit more focused on. For example if I add a membership to a client I want them to be guided through adding a card and paying for the service.

When I was able to use the app it was okay, bit clunky but usable. But now I've been signed out of my account and it won't allow me to sign back in. Reset password button asks me for 'Client Area name' rather than my email address and I don't even know what a client area name is.
