The back button on the navigation bar does not work with this app, makes it hard when you only have one hand available. I can't sort by location, which would be very useful. This was an option before the fancy update. Randomly just doesn't respond. I'm connected to good wifi, but I have to switch to data. Or now I'm on data and I have to switch back to wifi for the app to respond. The app signs me out but I keep getting notifications, I have to sign back in and then hit log out

Literally the worst app I've ever used. Changed from wifi to lte? You have to close and reboot. 2/3 of my time interacting with the application is attempting to get it to work. It doesn't load well, if it does. The alerts function is broken, I can be logged out and still receive alerts, which in order to view, I have to log back in. Even logging in is an ordeal of its own. Loading work orders is a crapshoot whether you actually can with its details and memo. Hopefully switching to another soon.

Constantly freezes. Also if you lose wifi/net ( like getting in an elevator or dead zones in your building) it logs out. Lengthy log in, employee # & PW, if you hit backspace( because of an accidental keypress) you must start over. When creating service orders, it doesn't always refresh in a timely manner. Notifications rarely work properly, certainly not in real time as they should! For a costly per person license app, I'd say worst ever. I would encourage employers to seek something better.
