it is so hard to recover account. the otp gives you less than a minute then expires, and you have to wait the next day to request a new OTP. this app is bordering on unusable. And when you try to update email or phone details, the update button is hidden behind the phone back button, rendering it useless, you ca never update anything. I hope you can modify the design. it is a simple move of the update button to the upper part of the screen. Also please put an option for users to unsubscribe!

BUGGY. GWP item suddenly gets removed after successful payment. System chooses Express delivery despite explicitly selecting Standard. Trash customer service! Seems like Live Agents are dodging your concern, redirecting you to call their hotline. Calling their hotline will play a pre-recorded audio to delay your concern! Their CS resolved my concern by DOWNGRADING the GWP item I should've gotten in the 1st place. WORST I've ever experienced ordering from an online store. QA and FIX your app!

I ordered here, the delivery takes too long. and what's worst was the items I paid are not complete. what's more worst was. the missing items are the most valuable and essential, it was child's milk. you thought that's the worst part? no. they promised to fix it or they will give us a voucher.( because I needed that milk, I paid 3-4 boxes of milk. yet not a freaking single one arrives. and the vouchers ?? they say that just wait for an update never again. I'll use this app. it's too hassl
