Bad app UI design and order processing. No easy way to cancel an order. They'll process it even if you cancel it before it gets picked up. They said they already coordinated with the courier, I just not have to accept it. Very contradictory. I shouldn't have to not accept it if they have already indeed coordinated with the courier because the courier would not have to deliver it anymore

I can't log in. When i try to reset my password it will sent a link on my email. And when click the reset password link it shows that the LINK already expired. Not worth to download. And i hope theres an option , to request a physical watson card on the app. Since using the app just SVCKS!

You can't change preferred store while selecting or browsing items. So if the item is sold out in store that was selected in your previous click or collect pickup store you cannot add it in bag or cart as it will show as sold out even if you want to select different store where it is available as it is not an option.
