can't log in my account. when I try to forgot password, it won't sent a code and when I tried to enter my email, it always says that there is an error. when I tried to create a new account it is also an error. fix your system. this is frustrating

Bad app UI design and order processing. No easy way to cancel an order. They'll process it even if you cancel it before it gets picked up. They said they already coordinated with the courier, I just not have to accept it. Very contradictory. I shouldn't have to not accept it if they have already indeed coordinated with the courier because the courier would not have to deliver it anymore

You can't change preferred store while selecting or browsing items. So if the item is sold out in store that was selected in your previous click or collect pickup store you cannot add it in bag or cart as it will show as sold out even if you want to select different store where it is available as it is not an option.
