[Eternal Sword Pact] is an exquisitely beautiful mobile game inspired by the "Shan Hai Jing" (Classic of Mountains and Seas). Its meticulously crafted world scenes and wonderfully agile spirit characters are all designed from the classic mythological stories found within the "Shan Hai Jing".
In ancient times, a great war erupted between the Witch and Demon clans. The Three Sovereigns of the Demon Clan and the Twelve Ancestral Witches perished together. Then, the Great Demon Taihao emerged, uniting the Demon Clan and quelling the chaos. However, the lingering resentment of the Witch Clan attracted the Demon God Xie Tu, who imprisoned Taihao, plunging the Demon Clan into disarray. The Demon God Xuanyuan confronted Xie Tu. Unable to defeat Xuanyuan, Xie Tu suffered a crushing defeat and fled. Yet, Yan Mo, still resentful, impersonated Taihao and ambushed Xuanyuan. Xuanyuan suffered severe injuries, with only a wisp of his soul left to wander through the chaos. And this is where our story begins: Demon Lords will transform into Xuanyuan's lingering soul, embarking on a journey through the mountains and seas to recover memories and weapons..

Ratings and reviews

The game has a lot of beautiful features, and the easygoing play style is a real strength. The biggest disappointment, though, is that they've closed the servers to new players, forcing you into a dead end with no way to grow. Your only options are to spend serious money to get powerful, or grind slowly and hope to get there eventually-but by then, this game may not even exist. I've invested a lot because I thought this was going to be great. Run while you still can.

game play is fun. but it is another pay to play. Customer service is practically non-existent. it took them three and a half hours to show up when I didn't receive a purchase. three events passed by that were affected by not getting the purchase. I got no compensation for the delay. then two quests ( multi-player dungeon and exp quest) were bugged by a disconnection. paid money for exp potion for exp quest. basically wasted $5 I didn't get to use.

Mixed reviews as the game progresses, but still have a lot of fun. If you want to worry about ranks specifically then you can quickly drop off as it is a very eastern gacha game. if you are looking for something enjoyable with a very themed cultivation story and suitable gameplay then you can still have a great time. It is what it is. I went in knowing I wasnt going to spend and just enjoy the free aspect and ive had a good time.
