I have never seen such a poor national app. It constantly disconnects every hour, combined with an unreliable login method that rarely works. The app interface is completely disorganized. MTN, you can certainly do better.

The use to do better but so so terrible now. I don't even know what to call them you activate 20k, immediately you do the activation connection stops working. They only give you good connection towards the end of the month so you can buy again. I have withness this for 6 months and the same thing keeps happening and customer service has got nothing to offer the will tell you to switch your WiFi on and off. After they have taken your money. I think this is the last time I'm buying MTN connection.

I easily get access to all my credit and data balances without the need to remember codes. Also buying of bundles is easier. However the experience for WiFi connection and MTN data connection is different. Took me a while to figure it out therefore not very usable. Also switching between the tabs takes longer than expected. Nice app though.
