I don't enjoy using version of the app. I can't make any form of purchase and sometimes struggle to send Momo. It is unresponsive a lot of times and that's irritating. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it a few occasions just to carry out a transaction. That's bad because sometimes you want things on the go , it's glitchy. I wonder what this version sought to improve that they let go of the previous one. This one is broken and it's frustrating to use.

App is slow and not responding. It takes like forever to open and when it does I can't perform any transaction with it; I can't buy Mashup , Just4u bundles . I can't even check my balances. In fact this new version is frustrating and annoying. For sometime I thought my phone's internet connection was the problem, so I restarted my phone severally , I uninstalled and downloaded the app twice, still no positive results. The older version was way BETTER . MTN Ghana, please fix the bugs !!!!

Firstly, this app always NEEDS data to work. STOP deceiving customers that the app doesn't need data to work.This app is great to use when all other things are working correctly. However, it's so terrible that you can't seem to go a week without having issues with it. For several weeks, I've been unable to purchase mashup bundles, data bundles, nor see my balances. This seems to be a familiar experience for me on this app. Kindly work on the app. Please don't reply and ask me to send an email.
