The recent update and interface is okay but then.... 1. When you open the app it refreshes on its own but the data, sms and other balances don't unless you do it manually. At times purchases fail to be completed, and when you try again and again you realize that the purchase has been done even for the failed attempts. 2. Do add a real-time history for purchases made with airtime. You end up seeing history for 24 hours ago purchases. Why? 3. SMS notifications delay is costing us a lot.

Malfunctioning mostly. For two weeks now just old data balance showing. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled but it won't update despite available data. Please work on it and improve functionality. It's really convenient whenever it works but it's not reliable. I can't recharge or bundle for myself. Once "me" is selected the next button becomes inactive. Only airtime balance is shown under the "balances" section. Data and others are unavailable and shows 0.0. Remains same after reinstalling.

Hey MTN, I'm still loving the UI of the app. I would like to suggest if the usual payment method for the app could be Momo and not airtime. I know a lot of people use their momo accounts to pay and not airtime so actually putting airtime there first can be a bit of a hassle when you're actually in a hurry trying to buy data. I don't know maybe you have a reason you leave the airtime as default but it's just suggestion. Thank you.
