This app is a fake i have been long in I tried using USSD to contact you, but it’s still the same thing. That service is not really good. That’s why I decided to find out what happened to my account. Then I realized that you have already discontinued that app, and we don’t use that app anymore. You have now changed MoMo to MoMo PSB or whatever you call it. My God! I already sent ₦200 through the MoMo app this afternoon before I checked this app, but it’s the same thing nothing has shown up.

The app doesn't let me sign in at all, and the former app also refuses to sign me in because it prompted me to download this new version if I wanted to continue using the app. So with both apps refusing to sign me in, I'm just locked out. Terrible transition experience from Momo and MTN, imagine the panic from someone who actually uses this as their main bank and has huge amounts of cash in it. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

"oops! My request could not be processed at this time". Funny Enough, My sister Login to her account successfully. Me thinking that Momo has successfully fixed their issues, transferred money into my account again. I regretted why I didn't login to my account before sending the money. NOW MY MONEY IS THERE AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW WETHER MY ACCOUNT IS HAVING PROBLEMS OR NOT. Now I am begging. please fix these issues. I know it ain't gonna be only me having these issues, please fix these.
