A watch app to allow you to create timed intervals. Choose the number of intervals you want and the time for each interval. You can then repeat those intervals as many times as you want. Allows you to create an exercise regime, one minute walking and one minute running, 5 times each. Or, 2 minutes lifting weights, and 1 minute rest for 20 minutes.
The watch vibrates as you approach the end of your interval so that you don't need to look at your watch when changing from one interval to the other.
Cancel the timer at any time using the close button.
The last set-up is memorised and available for use the next time you start up.
