Poor coverage, pricing and customer service. You'll be better served by Open Roads. The account has been set up for a couple years, since the coverage and pricing isn't the best, we don't use it as often. Have used in the past, but when trying this time, we could not get a code.... two separate calls to Customer No-Service and they still couldn't resolve the issues. You basically have to figure things out on your own. In this economy, you vote with your wallet, and this app is not with it.
