Process is simple enough but becomes more difficult after the 3rd or 4th fill/use when you are prompted to call to validate/verify your account which is what it should do when you initially create the account, not after already using and also not by calling . Most companies verify by a code sent to either the email or text a code to phone number linked which is quicker than waiting for someone to answer. Especially with truckers or farmers who use it , time is money.

Whereas Mudflap claims to have "the best darn fuel discounts, Period.' I am not finding this to be the case. perhaps I am missing something. But i am seeing other apps that have deeper discounts at better fueling centers. Great app.... would simply like to see better discounts and a few added fueling centers.

Customer Service is terrible. Called multiple times for 3 months. Every time they said they would call back and I never heard a thing from them until I called back again. One "mistake" (fraud charge from 7000 miles away) and they'll take away your account. Verification team wont give a reason to their answer, nor can you actually talk to the verification team. No trying to work with you or figure out what happened, just done for.
