This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Chevrolet Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myChevrolet mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

After the last update of the app, I'm unable to get the app to work. I have an Android phone, check the app store for updates, and I have the latest version. Reboot the phone a couple of times and no luck starting the app. When I click on the app icon all I get is a black screen with the Chevy bowtie. After fuew seconds then the screen goes completely black with no log-in or any else to show. 7-20-2024 update I was able to clear and delete the app cache in the settings for the apps. It works

Since the last update, I can no longer open the app. Everything is up to date, phone restarted and up to date, etc. Starting the app just displays a black screen. Trying to exit displays the logo and a never-ending busy bar. Nothing else ever happens. I pay for the extra features but have no way to access them anymore. The dealer sends me texts asking me to schedule service in the app, but that is not possible anymore. Looks like it's time for a refund.

This app was just "okay" to begin with, now the new update with mutli- factor authentication, it doesn't work at all. It sends a code to email that gets rejected (did this 14 times!!!) so I still can't sign into the app. Uninstalled/re-installed 5 times to get the same result. I signed in on the web, no problem. Support chat is absolutely of no help. Wasted an hour with chat to having it suggested that I waste more time with robot on the phone. Thanks for nothing!
