Check your vehicle’s status by glancing at your home screen — monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

Have a flat? Need fuel? Request Roadside Assistance in the app, or call an OnStar Advisor. Help is on the way.

Recently, the vehicle status will not update, the app crashes when the Energy option is selected and buffers indefinitely when selecting Shop. On some screens, fields are too small to display the data within. Overall, performance is sluggish regardless of connection method. The software UX, in car and on the app, is integral to using an EV as a whole. GM needs to up it's game from design to network delivery. This feels half baked.

Worth $25 a year, not a month. Absurd. 2FA authentication fails both ways, OnStar is unreliable, the app crashes, Keypass never worked, in vehicle wifi is slow, takes ages to boot, and has poor coverage. Get out of the telematics business, Chevrolet keeps failing year after yea at this. They just can't get it right. Price the product to the actual value it provides and you'll see subscriptions go up. Until then it's just insulting.

Update: The app worked fine when I first bought the car in 2020. However, the connection to android auto stopped working about a month later. Now, as of this morning, the route planning (energy) function is completely broken on my Pixel 6. The app closes everytime I use it. Not sure if they make sure the app works on different platform, but it certainly doesn't work as intended on a new fully updated android device. Hopefully Chevrolet can get this fixed quickly.
