This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Chevrolet Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myChevrolet mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

Downloaded the app in 2021, and it worked fine. With the last several updates, it has progressively declined. Oftentimes, I have to close the app and reopen to even unlock/lock the doors, if it even works. Scheduling appointments through the app has never happened. The dealership never received the appointment. With the most recent update, the app tried to guide me through the updates, and I couldn't do anything. I had to close it out and reopen to unlock the doors.

This app is complete trash. It takes multiple attempts and several minutes to open that is IF it opens. Do better GM/Chevrolet. A lot of people depend on this app for several things. Pay some better developers and fix this immediately. It's been going on for months. I have friends with the same issues. All have different phones, so it isn't a phone issue or something that needs to be updated on the customer's part.

Absolutely horrible app !!!!! On very very extreme moments it may open, however, that is, 99.99 % of the time it doesn't and it's extremely frustrating when you're paying for services and cannot even get into the app to review your vehicle status. Absolutely garbage, needs to have a refreshed update to end mine along with many many peoples frustration.
