The only thing working in this app is your balance display... very disappointed by this app, it's shows many features but none of them work, I have it for more than 1 year now and still not working correctly, need to use my account on WhatsApp for all my transactions. honestly I had a very bad experience with it.

App doesn't work. Payments just sit there "awaiting clearance" even after several hours and successfully completing the verification process. Dunno what else you're supposed to do.

after waiting and struggling an entire month with one payment, they finally sent the money, but every week, I was told to wait 24-48 hrs. i would not recommend this app unless you want stress. that one star is for me, not mukuru. very disappointed in them.
