So far it's good but I think 🤔 it can improve for that better. For example easy online shopping international and transfer to other banks as well as quicker eft transfer ( it takes very long to receive money from other bank accounts)

not bad at all . The only issue is that monthly fees are too high . At least give us an official update on how much will be deducted monthly. Also, it's time, yall introduce visa cards

Customer care needs training and knowledge of product... High fees, but convenient better than having nothing
